ShallWeGo Terms of Use
ShallWeGo · FinePocket
Effective date: October 28, 2026
These terms apply to your use of ShallWeGo ("the app"), provided by FinePocket ("we"). They supplement Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA); where they differ, the Standard EULA applies to the license to use the app. How we handle information is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. The app
The app lets you save places by name or link, add conditions, notes, locations and photos when you want to, find places again with search and conditions, record visits, and share a collection with people you invite. Saving and searching your own places work without an account, without iCloud and offline.
2. Your content
What you save — names, links, notes, photos, visits and choices — is yours. It is stored on your iPhone and, if you use iCloud, in your own iCloud account. You are responsible for the content you save and share, and for having the right to share it. Keep your own copies of anything important: iCloud sync is not a guaranteed backup, and the app shows a change as confirmed only when iCloud confirms it.
3. Shared collections
- Only people you invite through iCloud can open a shared collection. People in a collection can add and edit places in it.
- Do not put content in a shared collection that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes others' rights, or exposes someone's personal information without consent.
- The owner can remove a person or stop sharing at any time; any participant can leave. These stop further access; they cannot take back copies someone already saved or content still shown on an offline device.
- To report a problem with a shared collection, use Report a Problem on the collection's sharing screen or write to [email protected]. We cannot see the content of shared collections; we will respond to reports by email and, where needed, explain how to remove a person or stop sharing.
4. Pro purchase
- Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It does not renew and is not a subscription. It adds saving more than one search; everything else in the app is free.
- The price is shown in the app by the App Store in your local currency before you buy. Payment, refunds and family sharing are handled by Apple under its terms.
- You can restore Pro on your devices with Settings → Restore Purchase using the same Apple Account.
- Purchases are confirmed through RevenueCat, as described in the Privacy Policy. If Pro cannot be confirmed (for example offline), your saved searches are not deleted.
5. Third-party services
The app relies on Apple services (iCloud, App Store, Maps, Mail, notifications) and on RevenueCat for purchases. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
6. Deleting your data
You can delete individual items or use Settings → Delete My Data. Deletion from iCloud is shown as done only after iCloud confirms it; copies others already received and purchase records held by Apple and RevenueCat are not deleted by the app.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or that sync or sharing will always be available, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will update this page and its effective date, and show significant changes in the app before they apply.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact: [email protected].
