See paydays and due dates together.

A payday does not always happen on the same day of each month. FineBill Pro can show repeating income dates alongside bills.

Pick the pattern you actually use

FineBill supports four repeat patterns for bills and income: monthly, twice a month, every two weeks, and weekly. Twice a month uses two chosen days in each month. Every two weeks repeats from one starting date at 14-day intervals. These patterns can fall on different calendar dates, so choose the one shown on your real pay schedule.

  1. In FineBill Pro, choose recurring income and enter a name such as “Payday.”
  2. Select the repeat pattern, then enter the day or starting date it needs.
  3. Check the next three preview dates before saving. If they do not match your schedule, adjust the pattern or date.

Use the monthly view as a date map

With your income dates and bills in one monthly timeline, you can see which events come next. In a month with three occurrences of a biweekly payday, FineBill lists all three. This view shows dates only; it does not calculate balances, spending totals, or whether a payment has cleared.

If an expected payment is not on a repeating schedule, FineBill Pro also supports a one-time income date. Review any date when your employer or bank changes its schedule.
