FinePocket ("we", "us", or "our") operates the FineBill mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information We Collect

Data Stored on Your Device

FineBill stores all your fixed expense data (expense names, due dates, and emoji icons) locally on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

Analytics and Crash Data

We use Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and RevenueCat to improve app quality and user experience. These services collect:

Crash Data

Stack traces when the app crashes
Device model and operating system version
App version and state at the time of crash

Analytics Data

App usage patterns (screens viewed, features used)
Device information (model, OS version, language, timezone)
App performance metrics

Device Identifiers

Firebase generates an anonymous app instance ID for analytics purposes
RevenueCat generates an anonymous user ID for purchase management
We do not collect Apple's Advertising Identifier (IDFA)

Purchase Data (via RevenueCat)

Subscription status and entitlements
Purchase history and transaction identifiers
Subscription expiration dates

This data is collected anonymously and is not linked to your personal identity. RevenueCat processes purchase data to manage your subscriptions but does not receive any personal payment information (credit card details are handled exclusively by Apple).

FineBill does not collect:

Your name or contact information
Email address or phone number
Location data
Payment or financial information
Photos, videos, or audio
Contacts or calendar data
Health or fitness data
Browsing or search history
The actual content of your fixed expenses

How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to:

Monitor and fix app crashes
Understand how users interact with the App
Improve app performance and user experience
Make informed decisions about future features
Process and manage in-app purchases and subscriptions

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or user tracking across apps.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.

The anonymous analytics and crash data collected through Firebase is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. Purchase data is processed by RevenueCat in accordance with RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

Local Data: Your fixed expense data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear the app data.
Analytics Data: Firebase retains analytics data according to Google's data retention policies.
Purchase Data: RevenueCat retains purchase data according to their data retention policies and as required for subscription management.

Data Security

We prioritize your privacy by:

Storing all user-created content locally on your device
Not requiring user accounts or login
Not transmitting your expense data over the internet
Using industry-standard practices for crash and analytics reporting

Children's Privacy

FineBill does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us so we can promptly delete it.

Your Rights

You can:

Delete all your local data by uninstalling the App
Opt out of analytics collection by disabling it in your device settings

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
