Fine Pocket (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") processes personal information through the Littory application (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") for the following purposes.

- Synchronizing user data across devices

- App usage statistics and error analysis
- Service quality improvement
2. Personal Information Items Collected
The Company does not operate its own servers. User data is stored in the user's own iCloud account.
2.1 User-Created Information (stored in iCloud)
- Written content and journal data
2.2 Automatically Collected Items (for analytics)
- Device information (OS version, device model)
- App usage data and analytics (anonymized)
- Error and crash logs
3. Personal Information Storage and Management
The Company does not operate its own servers. User data is managed as follows:
3.1 User-Created Data
- Storage location: User's own iCloud account
- Retention period: While user uses the app
- Deletion method: Delete within the app or remove app data from iCloud settings
3.2 Analytics Data
- Storage location: Firebase (Google) servers
- Retention period: According to Firebase's data retention policy
- Characteristics: Anonymized statistical data that cannot identify individuals
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
4.1 AI Service Provision
- Recipients: Google (Gemini API)
- Purpose: Providing AI-based feedback services
- Items provided: User-written content
- Retention period: Immediately deleted after API call completion
- Provision method: Only sent when user uses AI feedback feature

- Contractor: Apple iCloud
- Outsourced tasks: Storage and synchronization of user-created data
- Storage location: User's own iCloud account

- Outsourced tasks: Anonymized app usage statistics and error analysis
5.3 Subscription Management
- Contractor: RevenueCat
- Outsourced tasks: Subscription status management (payment processed directly by Apple)
- Information processed: Subscription status, device identifier (anonymous)
6. Rights of Data Subjects
Users can directly exercise the following rights at any time:
- View data: Check all written content within the app
- Modify data: Edit directly within the app
- Delete data: Delete individually or entirely within the app
- Delete iCloud data: Settings > iCloud > Delete Littory data
The Company does not separately retain users' personal information, so all data management can be performed directly by users.
7. Destruction of Personal Information
7.1 User-Created Data
- When user deletes within the app: Immediately deleted from iCloud
- When user deletes the app and removes data from iCloud: Immediately and completely deleted
7.2 Analytics Data
- Anonymized data in Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics is managed according to those services' data retention policies.
