FinePomo ("the App") values your privacy and is committed to collecting and using only minimal data necessary to provide our service. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and how it is stored.

• The App does not collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or address).
• The following non-identifiable data may be collected:
  • App usage statistics (via Firebase Analytics) - e.g., timer usage patterns, feature interactions
  • Error and crash logs (via Firebase Crashlytics) - to improve app stability
  • Purchase information (via RevenueCat) - anonymized transaction data for in-app purchases

2. Purpose of Use

• Improving usability and optimizing features
• Debugging errors and ensuring stability
• Processing and managing in-app purchases
• Statistical analysis to improve service quality

3. Data Storage

• Local Only: User-generated data (e.g., timer settings, pomodoro sessions) is stored on-device via SwiftData and is not transmitted to external servers.
• No Cloud Sync: Personal productivity data remains local to the device.
• Purchase Records: Purchase validation is handled by RevenueCat and Apple App Store without storing personal payment information in the App.

4. Third-Party Services

• The App does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties.
• The following third-party services are used:
  • Firebase Analytics (Google) - Anonymized usage statistics
  • Firebase Crashlytics (Google) - Crash reports and error logs
  • RevenueCat - In-app purchase management and subscription handling
• These services may transmit anonymized data to their respective servers in accordance with their privacy policies.

5. User Rights

• Since no personal information is collected, there is no need for access, correction, or deletion procedures.
• Deleting the App will immediately remove all locally stored data from the device.
• You can restore your purchases at any time through the App's settings.

6. Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. The App is designed for general audiences and does not require any personal information to function.

7. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated for service improvements. Users will be notified via in-app notice or release notes when significant changes occur.
